What you will do:

  • Leads projects, activities, and tasks on time and within budget
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains highly effective relationships with internal and external customers, company contractors, and vendors for program delivery
  • Oversight over all incentive/rebate processing
  • Verifies and approves all program spending and maintains monthly  performance  to budget reports ($30 million budget)
  • Handles data transfers between internal and external customers and ensures data integrity
  • Prepares and presents regular performance reports to management and regulators
  • Ensures program objectives and goals are met and within budget
  • Develops and implements gas utility energy-efficient related customer service activities for department and company
  • Coordinates sources, both externally and internally to meet Energy Efficiency department needs

Who you are:

You have:

  • 3-5 years of directly related experience along with a bachelor’s degree
  • A solid understanding of energy efficiency programs, rebate processing, data management and data integrity, budgeting and finance, and process workflow and process controls.

You can:

  • Show working knowledge in Energy Efficiency (ThermWise) and renewable programs (CarbonRight and GreenTherm)
  • Manage multiple tasks while being able to compile, research, and analyze data while being self- motivated

You are:

  • An excellent written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation, public speaking and presenting abilities
  • Knowledgeable of utility business objectives and strategies, budget and finance, data management, process controls, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficient with computer usage and related software’s to meet department needs

The following are considered assets:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Working Conditions:

  • Work performed in typical office environment 90% of the time with limited travel up to 10%. Schedule will be between the hours of 7am-6pm MST.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and

communicate with individuals via telephone.
