The PPM Enablement & Adoption Lead is responsible for leading enterprise-wide adoption, enablement, and governance of the organization’s Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform, Planview Portfolio and Planview Project. The role leads training strategy, communications, and adoption activities to ensure consistent and effective use of the PPM solution across portfolios, programs, and projects. The role ensures changes to PPM processes, governance, and tooling are understood, embedded in day-to-day ways of working, and sustained to support strategic execution, transparency, and decision-making.What you'll need:
