Job Description Summary

We are looking for a second- or third-year student in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics, with approximately two years remaining in their studies, to join us for a part-time role (around 20 hours per week).

As a Business Analyst, you will support financial and operational processes within a global organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Budget control and analysis, including quarterly comparisons and reporting.
• Managing the global procurement order system to ensure smooth operations.
• Reviewing and reconciling supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.

• Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • High level of English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle / SAP / NetSuite) – advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) – advantage.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work with global stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, from a recognized or accredited university.
