Main Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for business or function units.
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis with clear business commentary.
• Collaborate closely with function heads and business teams to provide financial recommendations and scenario planning.
• Support business initiatives with financial evaluations and ROI analyses.
• Provide actionable insights to drive cost optimization and improve profitability.
• Ensure accurate and timely management reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist and support data analytics initiatives (e.g., customer profitability, branch/channel optimization).
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly reconciliation in compliance with Board policy on GL control.
• Ensure financials comply with group policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
• Strengthen financial control processes and support internal/external audit.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
