We’re looking for a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Engineer Consultant to help enterprise clients build scalable CDP foundations that unlock real‑time personalization, stronger analytics, and measurable marketing outcomes.

What you’ll do

As a CDP Engineer Consultant, you’ll work in multidisciplinary teams (marketing, data, engineering, analytics) to design and deliver modern customer‑data capabilities. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Designing CDP solution architecture across ingestion, identity resolution, data modeling, and activation patterns
  • Building robust data pipelines and operational processes for customer data (batch and near‑real‑time where relevant)
  • Implementing identity governance practices (consent, preferences, IDs, lineage, data quality) in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Enabling downstream activation (e.g. marketing platforms, analytics tools, personalization engines) through well‑defined datasets and APIs
  • Translating business requirements into technical delivery plans and iterating closely with client teams
  • Driving quality through testing strategies, monitoring, documentation, and run/operate playbooks

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong data‑engineering fundamentals with an understanding of customer identity and activation needs. You likely have:

  • Hands‑on experience with customer data engineering (CDP platforms, data platforms, marketing data ecosystems, or adjacent areas)
  • Solid understanding of customer identity, consent, and data governance fundamentals
  • Experience designing and building data pipelines and data models used for activation and analytics
  • Ability to collaborate confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • A structured delivery mindset with ownership of outcomes and quality

Nice to have (not required)

  • Experience with common CDP and marketing data activation patterns (identity resolution, profile unification, segmentation, event‑based data)
  • Familiarity with modern cloud data stacks and API‑based integrations
  • Experience working in consulting or other client‑facing delivery roles
