Responsibilities: As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning experiences and training solutions to meet sponsor and stakeholder expectations, using the latest learning research, methods, and tools. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in Skills & Competency Architecture is required. Intermediate proficiency in Curriculum Planning is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Learning Pathways and Learning Strategies is suggested.
- Conduct comprehensive skill gap analysis
Create engaging and interactive learning modules that cater to diverse learning styles.
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends in learning technologies and methodologies to enhance training delivery.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages feedback and continuous improvement.
