What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule
• Perform vehicle pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure efficient service
• Operate truck-mounted controls to mix, discharge, and position concrete as required
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws while maintaining a clean work area

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and handle job site conditions
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and adherence to procedures
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time, prioritize routes, and work in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
