Job Title: Capability, Learning, Talent and Leadership Manager (Individual Contributor)
Location: Bangalore - Manyata Tech Park

Business & Team: The Human Resource team champions an innovative and inclusive culture that inspires, engages and connects the best talent to opportunity – building our capability now and for the future. The HR department also plays a critical role in supporting, coordinating, and aligning L&D efforts with the broader HR and organizational goals.

Impact and contribution: The Capability, Learning, Talent and Leadership Manager will be accountable for strengthening tech skilling strategy for CBA India by identifying, planning and managing technology training delivery.  The role will work closely with local and global leaders and stakeholders in ensuring we meet business outcomes through technical learning plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Organizational Design, HR Process Redesign, process transformation.

  • Engaging with global leadership to identify current business priorities, define future strategy and share leading best practices.
  • Support the overall business strategy by providing expertise in organizational design and transition management, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Act as a Strategic HR Business Partner using active communication and relationship -building abilities with all stakeholders.
  • Utilize data driven insights to advise on HR policies and practices, improving decision making processes and effectiveness of outcome.

Change Management and Cultural Design

  • Lead the change program design and execution working closely with global leadership.
  • Support key change management programs including Organizational Restructuring initiatives, M&A, Talent redundancy and redeployment.
  • Lead Change by implementing organizational improvements, cultural shifts, and process enhancements.
  • Support in designing of culture themes and behavioral manifestation to ensure consistency of experience and alignment with global values.
  • Support in designing cultural programs and assisting in cultural changes in the organization.

Learning & Development

  • Consult and partner with business on the concept and design for learning solutions including design briefs, technical requirements, prototype and test solutions.
    Be abreast with evolving tech landscape, learning content and practices to ensure learning resources and methodologies are aligned to tech strategy and helps achieve business outcomes.
  • Support end-to-end capability and learning solution including needs analysis, design, implementation, evaluation and ongoing enhancement for technology teams.
  • Understand technical requirements and suggest suitable learning platforms, methodologies and tools for upskilling reskilling and cross skilling of tech workforce.
  • Identify and partner with internal and external tech experts to run technical learning events like hackathons, simulations, demos, etc.
  • Tracking Training related data and generate regular MIS reports / presentations to management or stakeholders as required
  • Design engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of technological tools and learning platforms.

Essential skills:

  • 5-10 years’ relevant experience in identifying, planning and designing technical trainings.

  • Consult and provide recommendations to leaders and stakeholders on the right training solution for a business outcome.

  • Ability to coordinate and execute end to end learning events and programs.

  • Pragmatic and outcome focused.

  • Ability to think critically and analytically and use creativity to come up with well designed learning experiences

  • High levels of stakeholder management at senior levels.

  • A demonstrated self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.

  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong technical skills and awareness of emerging tools and technologies in the IT landscape.

  • Professional technical certifications.


Qualifications: Graduation or Post Graduation from Tier 1 Management School (Preferred)
