On call responsibilities

What you will do

  • Re-stock hospital consignment inventory when applicable
  • Perform field inventory scans
  • Partner with hospital customers and sales teams to drive timely purchase order issuance.
  • Assist in management of expired inventory at consignment locations.
  • Relay surgery schedule information when available.
  • Coordinate delivery and pick-up schedule with branch drivers and Operations personnel.
  • Prepare, ship, receive and schedule delivery of products; ensure timely delivery of sets and pick up/return loaner sets; field customer questions and direct to appropriate Branch personnel.  Update and maintain associated databases and client files.
  • Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return)
  • Arrange merchandise at customer location
  • Read maps, and route configuration
  • Drive vehicle in order to deliver medical supplies
  • Perform safety inspections in transportation setting

What you need

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 year of professional experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
  • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Work experience in related field

Travel Percentage: 50%
