This Role
Atender, resolver, gestionar el contacto directo entre los merchants/clerks con la compañía (Open market, distribuidores, VIP, cliente final/B2C), mediante nuestros canales de atención. Brindar resolución efectiva de los casos asignados, reportar incidencias tales como: fraudes, bugs de las plataformas, reclamos, fallas técnicas, bloqueos, etc.
Asegurar la mejor experiencia de contacto entre los merchants/clerks y la empresa.
