Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a full-time PCBA Process Engineer located in Walker, Michigan.

The PCBA Process Engineer leads the development and launch of new SMT/PCBA manufacturing lines, supporting NPI and future capacity expansion; Its main focus is the development of a new SMT line.

What a typical day looks like

• Lead development and launch of new SMT/PCBA lines
• Define processes, layouts, and equipment selection
• Support NPI and line ramp-up activities
• Establish process controls and documentation
• Train production teams during new line introductions

The experience we’re looking to add to our team,

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 2+ years of PCBA or electronics manufacturing experience
• Strong experience with SMT line design and NPI
• Experience with reflow, placement, inspection, automation
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
