Job Description


Responsibilities
 

  • Responsible for development of process flow and integration to optimize and assist in logic device manufacturing.
  • Support customers in solving their integrated and process issues through current and future capabilities of TEL equipment.
  • Work seamlessly with all of TEL factories to incorporate their product roadmap and capabilities with customers current and future needs through standard and novel integration flows.
  • Design experiments, execute and demonstrate proposed solutions on TEL internal vehicle including analysis and statistical analysis.
  • Coordinate with account sales and each BU to conform to overall TEL business goals.

Typical Education and Experience
 

  • Master’s degree required in related science/engineering field, preferably Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics with 6 years of work experience in semiconductor industry engineering or PhD with 5 years experience.
  • Prefer PhD in related field and research.


Physical Demands and Work Conditions
 

  • This job operates in both an office and a cleanroom setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.  Candidates must be able to work in a clean room environment, which includes wearing specialized clean room attire (such as gowns, gloves, masks, and hairnets) for extended periods. Candidates should be comfortable working in a highly regulated, meticulous setting where adherence to strict cleanliness and safety protocols is essential.
