We're on the lookout for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and finding effective solutions to their needs. • Work in a hybrid arrangement where you'll enjoy the best of both worlds: working from home most of the time and spending one day a week in our lovely Macquarie office!
• Work with us full-time (38 hours per week) and receive a competitive salary of $63,000, plus penalty rates, superannuation, and exciting bonuses! You'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication and can grow your career with us.

Your Day-to-Day:

• As a valued member of our team, you will develop a deep understanding of Diabetes and all the amazing products we offer to support our customers.
• You will provide outstanding technical support to customers through phone or email and troubleshoot any issues they may have.
• You will have the ability to understand customer needs and go above and beyond to provide effective solutions that meet those needs.
• Your interactions with customers will be documented in our CRM and internal systems to help us continue to provide exceptional service.
• You will submit complaints to manufacturers to ensure that reporting guidelines are met, which will help us to continuously improve our products and services.
• Most importantly, you will maintain a positive attitude and be passionate about helping people improve their quality of life. Your dedication to this mission will make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri: 2pm-10pm

Qualifications We Value:

• While experience or studies in the medical industry is preferred, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and experiences. 
• You'll need to be up-to-date with the latest technology trends and be able to troubleshoot technical issues with ease. This includes having a good understanding of apps, smartwatches, and major smartphone models.
