SUMMARY:

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for developing forecasts and budgets, analyzing, and reporting financial and operational results, and developing joint venture proformas.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.

  • Requires advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with developing PowerPoint presentations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Supportive and helpful attitude

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Lead the development, coordination, and execution of the company's annual budgeting process, working closely with various departments and joint venture partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Prepare accurate, detailed financial forecasts, incorporating historical data, market trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights.

  • Monitor and analyze variances while identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions as needed.

  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial results, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas of concern for senior management and joint venture partners.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of strategic projects.

  • Work closely with Business Development team to evaluate potential Joint Venture partnerships.

  • Create proformas for new Joint Venture partnerships.
