This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 office days per week).

What You Will Do

  • Assist with the planning and administration of projects from initiation through to completion

  • Provide support in coordination of resources to ensure effective project execution

  • Facilitate Agile scrum teams as a ScrumMaster

  • Manage the implementation of the knowledge management system

  • Contribute to the creation of and improvements to project collateral including status reports, project plans, change management plans, and documentation

  • Assist in fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing to optimally communicate and disseminate strategies, new processes, and policies

  • Identify areas and opportunities for learning and knowledge sharing and where this can be applied to facilitate sustainability and process efficiency

  • Supervise the project plan obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and timeframes as project progresses

  • Delivery of data analysis from a wide variety of sources with a strong emphasis on providing actionable insights

  • Craft reports and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly project plans in line with HR’s need and future objectives

  • ·esponsible for ensuring that data is accurate and presented in a clear, concise, and business-relevant manner to key collaborators

  • Document and conduct periodic reviews to ensure processes are up to date and relevant

  • Work on audits to promote data integrity

  • Partner with manager to drive operational excellence

  • Participate in and contribute to the successful execution of our global HR initiatives

What We Expect

  • A degree qualified in Business/Human Resources or related field

  • At least 2-3 years in Human Resources or Project Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confidence in managing upwards and coordinating with high-level stakeholders

  • A keen eye for detail and a good problem solver with phenomenal interpersonal skills

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box

  • The initiative to learn and to be comfortable working with minimum supervision

  • Experience working in a global environment

  • Flexibility on work hours adjusting to night shift on some days or working PH holidays based on business needs

What Would Be Helpful

  • Experience in handling projects related to Human Resources

  • Exposure to Agile Methodology

  • Certifications in Project Management and/or Knowledge Management

  • Familiarity with Workday, Zendesk, and/or Jira
