This is a fixed term contract (1.5 years)

About the team and the role:

This role is part of the Motors Vertical team and is located in Berlin/Dreilinden. As Manager Trading & Campaigns, you will plan and deliver trading and campaign initiatives that support vertical performance. You will work closely with partners in category management, marketing, and external agencies.

What you will accomplish:

• Plan and manage Motors vertical trading activities and campaigns from concept through execution
• Set goals and track performance to support overall vertical targets
• Develop quarterly campaign plans that reflect retail moments, seasonality, and external market dynamics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators to align priorities and execution
• Monitor market and competitor trends to generate insights that inform campaign decisions
• Analyze data and trends using internal tools and translate findings into actions
• Lead and contribute to smaller cross-functional projects that support business objectives

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or project management, ideally within a vertical-led environment
• Ability to balance critical thinking with hands-on execution to respond to business performance
• Confidence completing defined tasks independently and managing priorities
• Comfort working with tools, systems, and data reports to support decision-making
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse collaborators
• Proficiency in German and English, with the capacity to communicate effectively in both languages
