We are seeking an experienced, pragmatic, and business-oriented Senior Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this role will serve as a strategic legal partner across the organization, with primary responsibility for overseeing litigation and employment risk, supporting corporate governance, and serving as a senior escalation point for complex commercial and corporate matters.

This is a high-impact, senior-level role designed for a versatile attorney who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can independently assess risk, set legal strategy, and supervise internal and external resources. The ideal candidate brings 7–10 years of experience in a law firm or a combination of law firm and in-house roles, with meaningful litigation experience and a strong corporate foundation.
