We are Managed Services team for Insurance having good customer base and providing best service and support to our satisfied clients. 

 What you will be doing 

Senior product developer, to work as a member of Managed Services team in close co-operation with clients, systems development engineers, infrastructure. He/ She will be involved in analysis and support of the Core Application (Compass).

 What you bring: 

Knowledge / Experience

  • Real-world experience of working in production support environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of SQL
  • Working knowledge on PLSQL
  • Extensive working experience on Oracle Application Server 10g above, Oracle Forms 10g above and Reports 10g above.
  • An understanding of relational database security including role-based security is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle performance turning.
  • Working experience with Unix operating systems.
  • Must be aware about Oracle database architecture and DBA activities/tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving/trouble shooting abilities and following best practices.
  • Knowledge about Group insurance is a plus.
  • Work experience on Jenkins
  • Knowledge on IBM DataStage is a plus
  • Knowledge of any ticketing tool

Additional Requirements

  • Should be willing to work 2nd shift - Timings: 1PM to 10PM IST
  • Prior experience working on Compass Product highly preferable
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well-being individually motivated.
  • Ability to set correct level expectations and deliver on those expectations.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communications and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Proven self- starter with initiative to seek information and solve problems.
  • Successful within multi-tasking environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work with external clients.
  • Required to be available 24x7 to support any major incidents or critical business periods
  • Ready to travel to client place on deputation based on the business requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
