Our internship program runs approximately 40 hours per week, from June 1st through mid-August.
The Major & National Accounts team is focused on employers with 2,000+ contracts in the commercial markets space. Within the team, we have account managers that serve as the client’s primary strategist and relationship manager, and the client advisor that serves as the client’s corporate wide operations manager overseeing all aspects of plan administration. This internship will assist our National Accounts team and act as an advocate within Blue Cross. In partnership with client advisors and the account managers, this internship will assist in identifying process efficiencies and deliverable enhancement.
Actively shadow and assist the team with day-to-day duties related to supporting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
Assist with managing specific projects on behalf of customers including researching, developing, and negotiating solutions.
Identify and support client administrative and operational efficiencies.
College student or recent college graduate.
High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Previous intern experience helpful but not necessary

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
