As a Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of the sales organization.  You’ll partner directly with all levels of the sales organization to set sales targets, manage expenses, administer volume incentive program, and report on sales force effectiveness.  You will also utilize a wide range of reporting and analysis tools to provide meaningful and actionable insights to the organization

What you'll do:

  • Work collaboratively with other members of the sales and marketing team, gather data, perform analysis, and provide insight to the sales organization in support of a profitable growth strategy

  • Perform analysis on customer and equipment data to improve decision making and aid in the development of action plans

  • Work as a member of the sales operations team to develop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies within the sales organization

  • Act in a lead consultative role to execute the annual sales quota setting process in support of the company’s annual planning process

  • Support the sales organization with account management and maintenance activities to ensure account maintenance is accurate and timely

  • Produce KPI reporting for key national account customers and works with the salesforce effectiveness team

  • Responsible for key account program analysis such as performance reporting, key account revenue trends or scorecards and Monthly Operating Reviews

  • Gather customer and company historical data to create analyses that support the sales organization to leverage the return on investment for the business

  • Assist with various ad hoc analysis and reporting for the company rebate program, State and local government revenue and key account performance

  • Other duties assigned as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Finance or Accounting preferred)

  • Minimum of 3-5years operations/financial analysis experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word and PowerPoint
