Demand Management
Monthly basis:
• Work with Commercial team (Sales, Brand Mgrs) to update the latest IMS sales trend (sell-out/secondary sales from distributors to customers) & reflect into forecast on monthly basis
• Align with Head of Sales/MKT for quarter/ monthly gaiting of IMS forecast (ADS)
• Carry out Demand & Supply meeting/ SNOP meeting from working day 1 (WD1) to WD7
• Publish IMS forecast (IMS ADS) on Global tool (Prime) by WD7
• Align with Head of MKT/ Market Access/ Finance for the Risk & Opps of the ADS and publish Submission 2 on WD9
• Coordinate with Sales team to have mitigation plan for SAR (obsolete/ slow moving SKUs)
Quarterly basis
• Work with Commercial (MKT/Sales) & Finance team to build the target IMS forecast (PLN/LBE)
Supply Management
Monthly basis:
• Derive TMS forecast based on the IMS forecast aligned with Commercial team (sell-in/ primary sales from Abbott MFG sites to distributors in VN)
• Align TMS with GM/ Head of Finance in Demand & Supply meeting/ SNOP meeting on monthly cycle
• Publish TMS forecast (TMS ADS) on Global tool (Prime) by WD7
• Follow up closely with Global Planners/ Customer Service for on-time production and shipment delivery
• Report Back-order/ Sales loss to Global if there is any supply delay from MFG sites
Quarterly basis
• Work with Commercial (MKT/Sales) & Finance team to build the target TMS forecast (PLN/LBE)
Inventory control
• Review Daily stock report on daily basis to have immediate reactions to recover stock if needed (adjust forecast/ production plan)
• Coordinate with Sales team in case of stock allocation
Other logistics tasks
• Other tasks assigned
• 3-4 years of experience in a related position. Experience in Diagnostics/Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
• Strong on Data Analysis and Management
• University degree of Business Administration, Logistic, Industrial Management
• Working experience in healthcare/wellness/FMCG industry
• Good communication skill, independent
• Customer focus
• Time management
• Good in working arrangement, teamwork
• Honest, careful, patient, highly responsible
• Advanced Excel skill. Power Query/BI/VBA is a plus
• SAP
• English (Fluent)
