About the Team:
The Credit Analytics team supports Lowe’s Credit, Field (RCM), and Payments leadership by enabling data-driven decision making across credit performance, store prioritization, promotion effectiveness, and program execution. The team acts as a centralized analytics and enablement hub for Credit initiatives.
Job Summary:
The Lead Analyst – Credit Field Enablement serves as the strategic analytics owner supporting RCMs and Credit field leadership. This role designs and drives analytical frameworks that guide store prioritization, performance improvement, and field execution. This role also owns data readiness and data engineering required to support scalable Credit analytics, including dataset creation, metric standardization, and integration of multiple Credit data sources.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own design and evolution of Credit Health Dashboards and store performance views
Develop store prioritization and outlier identification frameworks
Partner with RCM leadership to translate field needs into analytical solutions
Lead department-level credit attach and front-end efficiency analyses
Collaborate with Promo Analytics and Strategy to align insights
Design and maintain foundational datasets combining multiple Credit data sources
Perform data modeling and transformation using SQL to enable scalable reporting and analytics
Standardize Credit metrics and definitions across dashboards and use cases
Partner with data engineering and platform teams as needed, while owning analytics-layer data preparation
Enable Sr Analysts and Analysts by creating clean, reusable data layers
Present executive-ready insights to Credit and Field leadership
Drive documentation, knowledge management, and onboarding materials for Credit analytics
Research, design, and develop applicable statistical approaches/models for specific business problems

Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree plus 6+ years of analytics experience
Strong experience in business analytics and stakeholder engagement

Power BI / SQL / Python/R/ Excel proficiency
Strong SQL skills with experience building analytical datasets
Data storytelling and executive presentation skills
Ability to work independently and influence without authority Data-driven storytelling and executive communication
Experience performing data transformations, joins, and aggregations across large datasets
Ability to design data models that support dashboards and ad hoc analysis
Power BI semantic model understanding (or equivalent)
Strong analytical reasoning and business context awareness
Experience in Pricing Analytics or Marketing Analytics or Retail Analytics or Credit Analytics
Experience analyzing credit portfolio metrics (approvals, delinquencies, losses, utilization)
Solid understanding of credit lifecycle and basic financial concepts
Strong curiosity and initiative — asks “why” behind the data
Comfortable working across multiple programs (DIY, Pro, Payments, Risk) and time zones
