The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 4 is an entry level role responsible for processing of all regular, restricted and legal transfers in line with the requirement of Fund Transfer Unit. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cross boarder transactions in compliance with applicable laws & regulations. Apart from that this role is also providing assistance through process re-engineering and automation of existing processes.
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth transaction operations, reconciliation and prompt client service for Fund Transfer Unit (FTU).
Ensure appropriate controls and procedures are in place.
Proactively co-ordinate initiatives to close any gaps in process.
Providing transaction related query handling support to all stake holders.
Ensure timely reporting of transactions to regulatory reporting team and regulators in case of need.
Ensure appropriate TAX/VAT deduction and deposit to the government exchequer.
Review and process FCY RTGS.
Participate in Sanity Test/UAT Test for FTU related product processor.
Partner in business value proposition to deepen client relationships
Ensure all LOPs are properly followed and escalated to unit head, if any changes required/gap identified.
Ensure timely escalation.
Ensure coordination and completion of any project/assignment given by management/seniors.
Qualifications:
Effective written and verbal communication
Education:
Bachelor Degree. (Preferably in Business Administration or Finance & Banking/Accounting).
