Acts as an consultant to deliver strategic client solutions that extends the usage of JCI's products through the clients organization. Stays abreast on latest industry trends and leverages knowledge of industry to assist clients. Conducts analyses, develops recommendations, presents analyses and recommendations to clients and coach them through the pre and post-sale processes. May work with sales team to act as product expert during the pre-sales process. May act as the voice of customer to help prioritize new product development opportunities.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

What will you do?

The Licensing Fulfillment Specialist ensures accurate and compliant license order fulfillment while supporting customers and internal teams throughout the fulfillment lifecycle. The role is critical in maintaining seamless processes across Salesforce and SAP systems and plays a key part in fulfilling high-volume licensing and support agreements for Access Control Video Surveillance (ACVS) brands globally. As an essential partner to internal sales and external procurement teams, the Licensing Fulfillment Specialist manages the maintenance and global distribution of software agreements and licenses with efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery.

 

How will you do it?

  • Manage high-volume licensing requests with a focus on prioritizing urgent and revenue-sensitive orders
  • Review licensing orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with item, pricing, and trade requirements
  • Reject non-compliant items and escalate issues to Customer Service for resolution
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to resolve licensing, billing, and order discrepancies
  • Lead the resolution of licensing fulfillment issues end-to-end, including identification, investigation, follow-up, and documentation
  • Process changes to existing licenses using licensing tools
  • Create new licenses and generate license fulfillment confirmations
  • Deliver orders via Salesforce by distributing license confirmations to customer purchasing contacts
  • Finalize delivery in SAP to release orders for invoicing
  • Prepare files for processing bulk order quotes
  • Ensure timely delivery of license keys in response to order fulfillment
  • Resolve and close Salesforce cases related to license order issues
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation, system and customer data, and audit-ready records within licensing tools and Salesforce cases
  • Support the team by ensuring processes, procedures, and training related to licenses and software support agreements are clearly communicated
  • Record recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support knowledge sharing
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent use of best practices
  • Support the license and support agreement sales process by distributing requests to sales representatives for review
