Summary
We are currently looking for a SCM Analyst 1 Export Supply to join our team in Mexico city, Aguascalientes or Toluca. The Aftersales Parts Supply Export Team is responsible for a variety of inventory control activities which support a number of Export customers. They will act as the single point of contact for all Export customers. Specific activities include follow up on export orders with estimated delivery timing and working with local SCM analysts to determine order timing and part availability. This role will involve interfacing with internal NNA teams and external export customers to provide order status, ship timing, and general part information. They will collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain functions such as Inventory Management, PDC Operations, Logistics, Packaging, Dealer Support, technical teams such as PPE and Engineering, TCS, and other functions. This role also supports export claims processing and will act as the primary contact for receiving and processing of all export customer claims.
