Must Have Skills: Pure & NetApp Storage Administration and Migration Good to Have Skills: Azure Cloud Job Requirements: - 7- 9 years of experience in Storage technology Key Responsibilities: - • Should have sound experience in providing L2 support for Storage Management and support on Pure/NetApp SAN Storage and performed Storage SAN Migration. • Design and implement Pure Storage systems including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning. • Alert and resolve any performance issues and notify end-users. • Configure Replication for Disaster Recovery using Pure Protection Group Creation Recovery point and Snapvault/SnapMirror. • Plan and implement best practices for SAN solutions. • Create and update documentation for storage procedures. • Troubleshooting Critical Storage issue related to Pure and NetApp. • Provide architecture recommendations. • Planning and Execution of Storage based Migration. • SAN allocation/deallocation of Block Storage Technical Experience: • Should have sound experience in Pure storage and NetApp Storage high Availability, Disk technologies, RAID Levels, Snapshot/Snapvault technologies and Flexclone. • Good knowledge on SAN Storage like ISCSI and FCP protocols. • Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches. • Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning. • Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements, implementing Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN solutions, and integrating different operating systems and applications. • Should have knowledge about the ITIL framework. • Azure Cloud certifications will be an added advantage. Professional Attributes: • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills. • Strong time management skills, problem solving and analytical skills. • Supervise the team. • Perform team management roles • Due to the 24X7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Educational Qualification: • 15 years of mandatory education as per Accenture Standards.
