Role and Responsibilities:


As a Business Development Representative - Inbound, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for handling inbound leads and driving engagement through targeted campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Managing inbound leads from form fills, PPC campaigns, events, and conferences (trade fairs).
● Running and managing BDR campaigns for bespoke events such as round tables and webinars.
● Developing and managing a sales pipeline, assessing sales potential, and creating detailed prospecting lists. Gathering sales intelligence around prospects’ situations, needs, and decision processes.
● Building and maintaining strong relationships with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to strategically penetrate key accounts.
● Using sales skills to set up qualified appointments on targeted accounts.
● Collaborating with Marketing to drive traffic to online campaigns or in-person events.
● Using efficient and structured processes to follow up on leads from various activities and sources.
● Articulating the right value selling message to the right persona and industry.
● Maintaining accurate lead, account, and opportunity information and notes in our CRM.
● Meeting or exceeding individual performance objectives on a quarterly basis.
● Providing ongoing feedback to Sales Management on ways to improve processes and increase results.

Skills and Requirements:

● Strong collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
● Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
● Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
● At least 2-6 years of experience in both inbound and outbound sales.
● Experience in SAAS sales.
● Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
● A desire for a successful career in sales/business development.
● Emotional intelligence: self-aware, hard-working, personable, and humble.
