About the Role

• Ensure Availability & Stability of RPA Cloud Infrastructure / Platform, and operates under appropriate parameters and security measures.
• Support, maintain and monitor RPA Cloud Infrastructure / Platform.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Platform maintenance including the following but not limited to performing regular patches, platform upgrade, VM & UiPath Orchestrator related maintenance, relevant coordination works, DR (Disaster Recovery) and recertification activities.
  • Build and manage environment(s) and their scalability and performance.
  • Implement technical changes relating to ServiceNow incident/problem/change requests and performing Production deployment.
  • Resolve operational problems related to server and user infrastructure using identification, isolation, and troubleshooting techniques by working internally (among AIA colleague) and/or externally (vendors) where necessary.
  • Adherence to AIA IT standard policies (e.g. Security policy and Incident, Problem & Change policies), SLA, audit compliance, IT best practices and maintaining relevant IT documentations (e.g. team SOP / IT Handbook etc.).
  • Standby and work during weekend for maintenance, major incident and project activities where necessary.
  • Supporting Assistant Manager/Manager on work assignments where necessary.
