Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
 

About the Role

As Pricing Analytics Analyst, you will support the development of pricing strategies through data analysis, market research and cross-functional collaboration. You will monitor core business metrics, create incremental KPIs to support the consistent evolution of pricing strategy and work closely with partner teams across the business to help ensure pricing decisions align with broader company goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze sales data, promotional landscape, competitor pricing and market trends to support pricing decisions

  • Assist in implementing pricing strategies that align with revenue and margin targets

  • Conduct regular market and competitive research to help understand pricing opportunities

  • Track industry trends and competitor promotions to inform internal pricing adjustments

  • Use tools such as Excel, SQL and BI dashboards to gather and analyze pricing data

  • Create reports and visualizations to share findings with stakeholders across the business

  • Support the evaluation of pricing changes by measuring revenue and margin impacts

  • Collaborate with merchandising, pricing, and analytics teams to align on pricing initiatives

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field

  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Python and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

Preferred

  • Familiarity with pricing strategy concepts or models

  • Experience with ERP or pricing systems
