1. Providing Technical Support to Field Service Engineers. Identifying necessary spare requirements & also coordinating with Japan for technical guidance.

2. Handling Warranty issues

3. Responsible for SF&G Upgrade / Retrofit Business

4. Coordinate in ordering Spares, Accessories & Upgrade kits to Factory and also ensuring the critical items in stock.

5. Responsible for SF&G Accessories Business - Increasing the Web Portal Usage & also the Leads. Also engage in improving the order conversion rates & support till item supply to Customer

Qualification - Diploma / B.E - Mechanical or Mechatronics

Experience - 7+ Years Experience in handling equipment service. Work experience on Roughness, Form equipment's

Communication - English, Hindi must

Added Advantage - from Competition like Mitutoyo, Mahr, Jenoptik, Kosaka etc
