The VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading the creation and/or maintenance of SRTX’ financial and operational  budgets, and forecasts while monitoring and developing insights based on performance. The incumbent will provide regular reports and ad hoc analysis to senior management and drive continuous improvement in financial modeling and reporting processes using tools that are fit for purpose. The VP of FP&A must have a vision, direction and strategic plan for their department.
