The Impact You'll Have
You’ll play a critical role in turning client goals into products that perform — whether that’s enabling better decision-making through data platforms, improving customer engagement through digital experiences, or ensuring enterprise systems deliver measurable value. You won’t just document requirements—you’ll define what success looks like and ensure teams are building toward it.

You’ll work closely with clients in automotive industry, helping stakeholders prioritize what matters most and make confident product decisions. At the same time, you’ll align delivery across engineering, design, data, and analytics teams—ensuring every piece contributes to a cohesive, integrated solution rather than disconnected outputs.

  • Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to business outcomes—not open to interpretation
  • Drive alignment and approvals across stakeholders without slowing delivery
  • Balance competing inputs from clients, delivery teams, and leadership without losing focus on outcomes

  • Maintain data quality across all environments (SQL, Post Gres, GCP Database Sync) by reviewing data, managing discrepancies, and applying data corrections.
  • Maintain and update internal DCDS reporting tools.
  • Conduct Monthly Data Certifications and review month-over-month data trends with business partners.

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration

  • Host regular meetings with key Dealer Service Providers to data issues and overall data feed health to support certification of programs and resolve any DMS-related issues.
  • Meet regularly with business partners, IT personnel, and external suppliers to review program onboarding and resolve data integration issues.
  • Update and maintain data specifications for various programs used by DSPs and Motive Retail.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex data or digital products
  • Proven ability to work directly with senior client stakeholders to define priorities and make product decisions
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing Jira stories.
