Job Description:

The Supply Network Operations Manager strives for superior service results, sustainably positioning P&G as preferred supplier. They are responsible for structural process improvements and gap-closing in the SNO operating strategy to improve service and results. They build the bridge between customer requests and supply chain capabilities by transmitting the business and market strategy to order cycles and logistical processes.

These individuals work across functions, categories and customer teams.

All these missions require a strong multi-functional work, which means that you'll work with other functions both internally and externally and you will be responsible to make sure that we have the right product at the right place.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle finished product stock and ensure proper coverage to meet all market needs
  • Is the owner for service quality as measured by the customer
  • Responsible to maintain healthy cash status
  • Collaborate with multi-function teams to enhance daily shipment and month delivery with excellence

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or any business-related field.
  • 0-3 years of Supply Chain experience or similar
  • Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and courageous leadership skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Extraordinary collaboration/interdependence skills
