Key responsibilities of our Senior Product Director:   

• Our Healthcare Product Leader will work at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and business. Responsible for translating complex healthcare requirements into actionable product strategies, ensuring that the final product not only meets technical and clinical specifications but also delivers value to end users—whether they are healthcare providers, patients, or operators/administrators. 

• Our Senior Product Director role is unique in that our product is to deliver mental healthcare services. Our technology enables and supports this, but the technology is not ours. You will observe key stakeholders using our products, identify needs by key stakeholder, define the product requirements and oversee the innovation/delivery. 

• Unlike other industries, Product Management in healthcare requires a deep understanding of clinical environments, patient safety, and regulatory landscapes, making it a complex and highly specialized field. 

• Our Senior Product Director will personally observe our key stakeholders (providers, patients, operators/administrators) 50% of the time and deliver the product enhancement roadmap. Our EMR and Engineering Team will report into you. You personally own the product experience. 

Senior Director, Product candidates should bring: 

Healthcare Product Development Owner 

• High performing technical leader, Product Development owner in a multisite or scaled start-up healthcare org. 

Technical Expertise 

• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, cloud computing, Artificial intelligence, EMR system integrations, experience working with an established EMR, data analytics, and healthcare IT infrastructure.  

• Experience with Athena EMR, patient scheduling tools and the successful application of Artificial Intelligence in the healthcare space preferred.   

Proven track record at delivering Value to end-users 

• Be ready to show how your products made a difference and improved adoption and outcomes. 

Innovation roadmap 

• You have owned and driven the technical innovation roadmap for a healthcare IT organization. 

Design with the end user at the center in all you do 

• You have personally observed how your products are used, put in place iterative feedback mechanisms and have a high impact communication style. In this role, you will sit alongside a new hire to see how they learn our systems and how that may become easier on them, you will job shadow multiple practice assistants to see how they use our systems and work their day. To do this well requires no arrogance or ego, a welcoming smile and someone who is deeply curious to watch, listen and learn, then follow up with what got done and see if things improved for that user.
