Job Description Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to support the Wind manufacturing CFO in making data-driven financial decisions. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in analyzing financial performance, providing insights to guide strategic planning, and assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
This position is ideal for an analytical thinker with a deep understanding of financial principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to drive operational excellence.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:

    • Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for the CFO and Senior Leadership team.

    • Lead financial planning (budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans) together with sourcing, manufacturing, OTR and S&OP teams.

  • Strategic Support:

    • Support the CFO in evaluating investment opportunities, dispositions, and other strategic manufacturing initiatives.

    • Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess industry trends and competitive positioning.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with company goals.

    • Lead the IBP process from a financial standpoint. Ensure to maximize business outcome both operationally and financially

  • Presentations and Communication:

    • Develop clear, concise presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

    • Translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in Finance Management. Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • 8+ years experience working in Finance in large corporations. Prior FP&A work experience is essential preferably within GEV businesses.

  • Willingness to work on Hybrid model.
