Job Details:

Mercer University is searching for a part-time Registrar Specialist for the Macon campus.


 

Responsibilities:

Process all transcript requests for historical hard copies and computer-based records. Maintain document retention of all hard copies of academic records. Process legal and preferred name change submissions. Assists in address and social security changes as well as phone and front counter support. Assists in Commencement activities. 

Qualifications:

Two years of college coursework from an accredited college/university and one year of relevant experience to include data entry are required. In lieu of education, equivalent directly related experience will be considered. Must be able to use Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. This position also requires excellent oral and written communication skills in order to work with faculty, staff, and students.
