POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing marketing automation platforms and optimizing customer journeys. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, automation tools and data analysis to drive engagement and conversions.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Campaign development: Designing, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention and conversion.
Marketing automation: Developing and managing marketing automation workflows, including both data management and triggered emails.
Segmentation and targeting: Having a deep understanding of operational data to create segments that ensure targeted and personalized communication.
Performance analysis: Tracking and analyzing email campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
A/B testing: Conducting A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
Compliance: Ensuring all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
Customer journey mapping: Developing and optimizing customer journeys across email and other digital channels.
Reporting: Generating regular reports on email marketing performance and present findings to stakeholders.
Tool management: Acting as a subject matter expert on the use of marketing automation tools and platforms, ensuring they are used effectively and efficiently.
Continuous optimization: Identifying optimization opportunities within the Marketing Automation and Email team and follow through with a proposed action plan.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in email marketing and/or marketing automation
Experience or knowledge of the financial industry, entrepreneurship domain or B2B sector (an asset)
Experience in coding: HTML, SQL, CSS, JavaScript (an asset)
Experience working in Kanban or other agile methodologies
Excellent understanding of the ever-changing marketing automation landscape
Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive projects through to completion
Experience managing multiple details and deadlines in a multitasked, fast-paced environment
Willingness to multitask and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities
Ability to report on performance, analyze results and present insights
Excellent interpersonal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with partners, business units and stakeholders to achieve common goals Bilingualism (French and English).
