Report to and work with department Associate Director.
Daily communication with FTA's (Flight Training Affiliates), which includes phone calls and emails
Student inquiries
Assist with compliance tracking.
Other duties as assigned by the department.
Strive to give students, staff, and external customers (FTAs) quality customer service and training.
Maintain a 10-20 hour work week.
Be available to customers (FTAs and students) who have questions.
Four-year college degree required.
Well-developed written and oral communication skills
Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience with software development and troubleshooting.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well-articulated information.
Ability to understand, speak, and write English to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner.
Possess public communication skills that allow professional representation of Liberty University to a variety of business and community customers and associates.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment while always exercising sound judgment.
Intuitively able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature.
Frequently required to sit for extended periods to perform deskwork or type on a keyboard.

Occasionally required to stand, walk, and climb stairs to move about the building.
