  • Experienced in Recruitment, Hotel & Travel bookings for corporate Procurement of AMCs for Security, Housekeeping and Courier taken care off.

  • Preparing of yearly Budget for Security, Travel and Housekeeping

  • Good liaison with police and Government organizations Conducting Security Reviews of establishments

  • Manning of material in/out register as well as staffs frisking.

  • Conducting Fire Training once in a month for entire staff.

  • Monitoring CCTV

  • Monthly reports of fire and safety equipment.

  • Security attendance and billing statement every month

  • Executive Admin & Security

  • To start with responsible for post recruitment activities till employee exit. Responsible for issuing offer & appointment, salary account, probation and ID card etc.

  • Understand the company HR policies, and can clearly provide support and answer to employees' queries;

  • Ensuring timely new joiner’s inputs provided for salary processing before cut-off with complete details.

  • Taking care of biometric attendance for all the branches across all branches (PAN India).

  • Acting as a SPOC for salary account, Insurance (GMC & PA), probation confirmation and biometric attendance.

  • Data maintenance on Bank Accounts, Employee/family data and Archiving the documents Taking care contractual changes such as Transfer/Promotion and organizational Change that includes -

  • Cost Centre Change, Manager Change, Job Title/Designation Change, Location Change Actively involving in internal training activities and employee engagement activities. Prepare employee-related records/reports and ensure the information available on the system is always accurate.

  • Manage separations; resigned employees and reporting managers/departments for smooth exit formalities.

  • Coordinate with other stakeholders for conducting background checks on employees, maintain records of past employment.

  • Also responsible for HR internal communications / notifications to all employees.

  • Handled security operations at the site. Giving training on ERT and on safety areas to all the security personnel and staff fortnightly.

  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the building and its surroundings by surprise visit to the offices.

  • Factory Compliance management, Establishment compliance, Payroll compliances &Contractor audit management.

  • Vendor audit handling experience and co-ordination for various audit like compliance audit for invoices, SA8000, ESIC inspections & PF, PT etc.

  • Handling legal queries on PF, ESIC and PT.

  • Calculating remittance, Validating and self-uploading ESIC, PF, PT challan. Handle client’s and team grievances properly.

  • Managing ECR reconciliation and correction in case of requirement. Handing revised 3A validation, EPS correction like activity.

  • Advising client on IW wages and compliance requirement like COC and managed required compliance under IW.

  • Wage component audit for ESIC, PF and IW.

  • Training team members and handholding them to deliver client expectations.

  • Take ownership for meeting the information needs of internal& external stakeholder. Take routine decisions that will further the cause of the department or function.

  • Mass mail communication on amendments under PF ESI, PT and provide clarity on changes. Monitoring statutory remittance, returns, Vendor audit, Liaison with the govt authority.

  • Handling ESIC inspection requirements and validating &providing input to authority and client Experience of handling 10 plus payroll compliance projects including big MNC’s like ITC, United Breweries and Coca Cola.

  • Preparing MIS formats & compliance calendar as per client requirement. Follow-up with client for Invoice clearance.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master in Business Administration (HR & Marketing)

  • Graduation in Human Resource & Administration

  • Graduation in Information Technology

  • Diploma in Office Administration

  • Diploma in Hotel Management

  • Book Keeping and Accountancy using Tally
