We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced Benefits Specialist to join the Total Rewards and HR Operations team at Docebo for a 12 month temporary position.

The Global Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the company's employee benefits programs, with a particular focus on global benefits. This role ensures competitive, fair, and sustainable compensation and benefits practices that attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role works closely with leaders, employees and different internal and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals and market trends.
