Job Description:

This position provides dedicated support to our TOMS customers. TOMS proactively monitors the status of packages, engages with local centers to identify issues, and works to ensure deliveries are completed as quickly as possible. When delays occur, TOMS communicates updates to customers through the TFA visibility platform.

The role includes high‑priority intervention for packages with exceptions, requiring close coordination with UPS operations. Agents are responsible for providing a 30‑minute response time through the cloud‑based FRESHDESK platform and serve as the single point of contact for critical escalations.

TOMS maintains continuous communication with destination centers to obtain updates, drive resolution, and ensure the best possible customer experience.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 12 am to 6am CR
