The Growth Marketing Programs Manager will drive the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns for Intapp, a leading provider of enterprise software for professional and financial services firms. This role is key to accelerating growth, improving brand awareness, and driving client engagement across all stages of the buyer’s journey.

Reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing Programs and working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage comprehensive marketing campaigns, collaborating with product marketing, events marketing, account-based marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. You enjoy working with data to optimize performance and have experience managing cross-channel campaigns in a B2B environment.

What you will do:

The Growth Marketing Programs Manager will own and manage integrated marketing campaigns to ensure coverage across our marketing programs, drive growth, and engagement, working across multiple teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across channels including digital, web, email, social media, and events to drive demand and engagement
  • Work closely with the product marketing and ABM teams to ensure campaign alignment with messaging and business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for marketing campaigns, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and deadlines are met.
  • Partner with external vendors and agencies as needed to support campaign execution and asset development.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities as required by the business.
