Are you passionate about AI and excited to help shape how new ideas become practical business use cases? Join our Innovation Centre in Dublin, where you will work closely with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities, shape use cases and help translate those ideas into learning examples and enablement materials for trainers.
This is a bridge between the business, enablement, and AI. The focus is on listening to stakeholders, understanding real business challenges, and turning those insights into clear, relevant use cases that can be taught, scaled, and applied in day-to-day work. You will partner with trainers, instructional designers, and content teams to support the development of scenarios, job aids, demos, and other learning materials.
The Role & Your Mission:
As an AI Adoption Specialist, you will help bridge the gap between business needs and AI-enabled learning. Your focus will be to uncover high-value use cases, shape them into practical examples, and support the teams that train and enable the business.
You will work across the organization to help identify where AI can improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making, then translate those opportunities into adoption materials that support real understanding and usage.
