Generative AI has fundamentally changed the way our customers need to operate, and as a result, how they consider and use Adobe products. Adobe is at the forefront of this monumental shift with AI front and center in all our products. To keep pace with this quickly changing environment, our products are continually updated and improved including the introduction of Adobe Foundry Services. The Principal Strategist for Firefly Foundry will play a pivotal role in supporting Adobe’s go-to-market with enterprise customers across industries.
We are searching for an GenAI expert passionate about AI-based transformation, hungry to stay on the cutting edge of how AI is transforming creative industries and stacks, and has a proven track record selling products or platforms to enterprise customers in a new space.
As a Principal Strategist, you will be expected to stay up to date on GenAI trends, as well as how our Foundry product continues to add capabilities and integrate with others in the market. You will also collaborate with a diverse ecosystem including strategy, marketing, product, sales, and partners to help develop and verticalize our Adobe Foundry messaging and offerings. This high-visibility role will reside within the Americas Enterprise Sales organization and be part of our Digital Strategy Group’s Platform group.

In California, the pay range for this position is $187,500 - $271,500 In New York, the pay range for this position is $187,500 - $271,500
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
