Job Description

• Assess the change readiness of affected people and identify key stakeholders.
• Create actionable deliverables within communication plans.
• Consult and coach project teams.
• Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
• Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training for initiatives.
• Implement policies established by Senior Management.
• Work effectively with associates and customers at all levels.
• Travel to branches as requested to perform activities as may be required.
• Assist with other duties as assigned within Home Office or elsewhere on request.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Several years of experience with significant knowledge relevant to Branch and Home Office Underwriting.
• Demonstrates above average problem solving, training and skill building ability.
• Bachelor’s degree or several years related experience or training
• Actively engaged in Company approved continuing education programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms
• Demonstrates innovativeness and continually seeks more efficient ways to process and handle work.
