Freedom Solar Power is looking for a Benefits Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience managing various benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k) plan. This position will oversee the entire open enrollment process while also organizing wellness program initiatives designed to enhance the overall health of the workforce. In addition to benefits, this position will be responsible for weekly payroll processing. Working alongside the Total Rewards Director, you must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced work environment. This position will work on-site out of our Austin, TX Headquarters (78744).
