About the role:
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for high-level relationship management for one or more assigned clients strategic to the Enterprise. Accounts are target clients having a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the Enterprise.

What you will be doing?

  • Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication and the overall management of the client relationship.

  • Serves as the primary contact and client liaison during delivery of an outsourced solution, whether it is an IT solution or a business process outsourced solution and regardless of the client’s geographic location.

  • Maintains contact with client at an executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship. Represents the enterprise to the client and the client to the enterprise.

  • Work closely with client on strategy planning

  • Working closely with CFO and COO level clients

  • Help clients plan their budget and advise initiatives for them

  • Helping clients grow their business plans

  • Identifies new business opportunities and coordinates with appropriate sales personnel for opportunities of new FIS products or services.

  • Coordinates with the delivery organizations to ensure the delivery of continuous and effective services and ensures project completion within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.

  • Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied, oversees the implementation of the   change and measures the level of improvement.

What you will need:

  • 3-5 recent years of experience in a client facing relationship role preferably in a Banking or IT industry

  • 3-5 recent years of experience working with Service Desk, Workstation and or Securities

  • Needs to be highly socially aware- able to listen and understand a client's needs.

  • The knack to anticipate issues- identify and suggest the best solutions to deliver an excellent client experience.

  • 15-25% Travel is required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools

  • Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas

  • Some flexibility of hours is required

Added bonus if you have:

  • Banking Experience Highly Preferred

  • Working knowledge of FIS systems as well as the industries in which FIS competes for business Highly Preferred

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $111,410.00 - $187,180.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
