The Credit Solutions team specializes in delivering credit-based and credit-complementary data products to the insurance market, enabling accurate rating and underwriting of new and renewal business. About the role 

The Product Manager will join the Credit and Public Records Product Management team, supporting the National Credit File and InsurView products. This team is responsible for providing credit-based and complementary data products to the insurance market that help carriers price and underwrite new and renewal business. The Product Manager demonstrates an in-depth knowledge on the use of information in the insurance (or related) industry and LexisNexis products, product management principles, and laws and regulations (including FCRA, DPPA, and GLBA regulations) governing data protection and security. The Product Manager serves as a product owner and SME for a product, applying experience and expertise to oversee product performance and ensure ongoing and increasing market value. This role involves collaboration with verticals, client engagement, operations, technology, and finance, and is performed with a high degree of autonomy. 

This role will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA (3x week) and require onsite interviewing.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Customer Focus: Directly addresses customer requests and focuses on delivering commitments. Independently interacts with customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating knowledge of the market. Acts as a subject matter expert to both internal and external customers. 

  • Product Marketing: Develops and updates marketing materials to convey product details, benefits, and competitive comparisons. Executes go-to-market plans and communicates product performance and updates within the organization. Supports client engagement through presentations, training, and implementation recommendations. 

  • Product Support: Monitors product operations, including customer questions and product performance. Delivers retrospective analyses to our customers. Tracks financial trends and forecasts. Able to use dashboards and reports to make informed decisions and recommendations. 

  • Product Strategy: Links personal goals with product team strategies and contributes to the product strategy and roadmap.  

  • Technical Skills: Engages with technology teams for projects such as product maintenance support and product enhancements. Participates in process improvement and understands relevant technology architecture. 

 

Requirements 

  • Preferred academic background: Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in business or other relevant field. 

  • Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of experience in product management or a related field. Experience in the insurance industry or working with a credit bureau is a plus. 

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
