Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as a Interventional product subject matter expert and technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.
Develops & delivers Indonesia zone strategies for Interventional segment taking into account on competitive approaches & local market dynamics.
Develops and manages regional collaboration and reference sites for the specific Interventional segment. Owns the relationship with KOL of their segment in the Region
Advise and infuelnce Interventional tender technical specs by consulting hospital Cardiologist, Interventional Radiologist, Technologist, Cathlab Radiographers, BME etc.
Act as focal point for Sales team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.
Commercial strategy, product-positioning, pricing and configuration, answering and adapting to market needs and Zone strategy.
Drive share growth and go-to-market strategy of the respective interventional portfolio, including, product positioning, catalog activation, pricing, training, pilot site support , adopting to market needs
Owns intervention product marketing for the Indonesia.
Provides comprehensive and continuous sales training and collects detailed competitive intelligence information for effective objection handling.
Delivers high quality customer presentations that support the Interventional value propositions
Interventional product and technical support to the Zone, Sales Leader – Imaging, Account managers and channel partners.
Provide data to Sales teams with competitive intel/analysis (strength/weaknesses) and create defend/push collators
Break into academic & strategic accounts by demonstrating technology leadership in the segment
Break into academic & strategic accounts by leveraging Show sites and clinical road shows, workshops, education programs etc
Works closely with the Clinical Marketing and Education team to generate relevant clinical evidence and marketing programs for the segment.
Qualifications
Master’s / Bachelor degree or higher with minimum of 5-7 years on Interventional Cathlabs / Cardiology Devices / product sales/ Clinical / management or product marketing or related experience in the Angiography / Interventional devices sales.
Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work in a matrix environment
Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.
Strong leadership, collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
