Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires identifying key customer needs at a high level and designing appropriate business solutions and frameworks to address those needs effectively. The Business Architect also focuses on developing detailed business cases that support the realization of strategic visions, ensuring alignment between business goals and operational capabilities. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and validate these solutions is an integral part of the daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of business architecture artifacts to support decision-making processes.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in designing and implementing business process improvements using SAP technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize code performance within the SAP HANA environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve development issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
